- Disable all changes made to regular mob spawning mechanisms, altering only the custom mechanisms of the modification;

- Count killed mobs instead of spawned ones. This helps prevent abuse in dungeons, where players simply wait for the spawning mechanisms to run out;

- Change the amount of experience dropped when a player destroys the mechanism;

- Add items that drop when a player destroys the mechanism.

You can also modify the cooldown time of the mob spawning mechanisms. Each time a mob spawns or is killed, the associated spawning mechanism sees its cooldown time multiplied by the value specified in the settings. You can set a value between 0 and 1 for exponential spawning or greater than 1 to reduce the effectiveness of the spawning mechanisms. There is also an option to set a negative value for unusual effects.

The modification also allows you to change the conditions for mob spawning. You can disable the check for spawn-specific spots for each creature (for example, animals that require grass), or disable the check only for hostile mobs, allowing, for example, slimes to spawn outside of special slime zones. You can also configure it so that sunlight still prevents mobs from spawning, to avoid situations where zombies spawn and immediately burn up.

This modification also allows you to define your own mob spawning mechanisms in your configuration. These mechanisms will be added as new blocks and will use their own settings. They function similarly to regular mob spawning mechanisms but are not subject to the settings changes of regular mechanisms. This allows map creators to use any number of mob spawning mechanisms with their own rules.
