Terms of Service

1. General

CubixWorld is an online project available through cubixworld.net and related game services. The administration of the internet resource is CubixWorld Administration.

These Terms apply to website visitors, registered users, players, forum users, user cabinet and launcher users, purchases, donations, bonuses and external features when the user connects them.

Separate rules for servers, forum, promotions, bonuses, store, moderation or technical features form part of the terms for the relevant feature.

2. Definitions

• Project - CubixWorld, the website, user cabinet, forum, launcher, game servers, store, bonus, payment, security, communication and technical features.
• User - a person who visits the website, registers an account, plays on servers, uses the forum, launcher, purchases, donations or other project features.
• Account - a user profile with login, email, nickname, settings, game data, activity history and access to project features.
• Virtual purchases and privileges - digital features, ranks, bonuses, items, access options, cosmetics, in-game benefits or other digital elements available only within the project.
• User content - nicknames, avatars, skins, cloaks, thumbnails, messages, topics, comments, reports, builds, requests, attachments and other materials provided by the user.
• Project rules - published rules for conduct, moderation, servers, forum, store, promotions, security and individual features.

3. Account and Access

The user is responsible for keeping their email current, protecting their password, securing sessions and activity performed through the account, unless applicable requirements provide otherwise.

If the user cannot independently accept project terms because of age or other restrictions, they must use the project only with the required permission of a legal representative.

It is prohibited to sell, transfer, rent out or use an account to bypass restrictions, impersonate another user, commit fraud, spam, violate rules or commercialize access outside the mechanisms permitted by the project.

The administration may request confirmation of account ownership before access recovery, support review, account deletion, data request handling, payment questions or disputed situations.

4. Project Services

CubixWorld provides access to the website, user cabinet, forum, launcher, game servers, downloadable files, support, bonus features, virtual purchases and other online features in their current available state.

Features, server rules, gameplay mechanics, balance, mods, events, bonuses, prices, interface languages, client requirements and technical infrastructure may change for project development, security, compatibility, moderation or applicable requirements.

Some features may be test, temporary, seasonal, server-specific, dependent on a game version, external service, region, account status or technical availability.

5. User Rules

• comply with these Terms, project rules, administration instructions and applicable requirements;
• not use cheats, bots, exploits, automation, malicious code, DDoS, spam, phishing, restriction bypass, security bypass or unauthorized access;
• not disrupt the website, forum, launcher, game servers, payments, support, security systems or project infrastructure;
• not publish illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harmful, sexual content involving minors or other prohibited content;
• not publish personal data of other persons without a legal basis and permission;
• not impersonate the administration, partners, Mojang, Microsoft, other users or third parties;
• not sell or commercialize accounts, access, bonuses, virtual elements or project features outside mechanisms permitted by the administration.

6. Moderation, Restrictions and Security

The administration may review reports, technical events, gameplay actions, messages, payment statuses, public content and other information needed for moderation, security, anti-spam, anti-fraud, user protection and project operation.

Moderation measures may include warning, content removal or hiding, mute, kick, temporary or permanent ban, feature restriction, rollback of violation effects, removal of improperly obtained benefits or suspension of virtual privilege delivery.

In urgent cases, where there is a risk of harm, abuse, restriction bypass, disputed payment, attack, security threat or violation of other users rights, measures may be applied without prior warning.

The user may request clarification or review through support or the contact email. CubixWorld does not disclose internal anti-fraud mechanisms, payment infrastructure, service logs, other users data or third-party information.

7. Virtual Purchases, Donations and Privileges

Virtual purchases and donations are voluntary digital features supporting the project and may provide in-game privileges, bonuses, cosmetics, access options or other benefits described in the purchase interface.

Virtual elements are not money, financial instruments, physical goods, shares in the project, ownership rights to servers, code, accounts or game infrastructure, and are used only within the project.

The price, currency, description, duration or conditions of a virtual privilege are shown in the purchase interface or relevant description. Delivery is performed after receiving a valid operation status from the payment provider.

Refunds, cancellations, mistaken payments, disputed operations, chargebacks, taxes, fees and processing periods are reviewed with regard to the purchase description, delivery status, payment provider rules, nature of the digital content, mandatory consumer rights and other applicable requirements.

Suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment, disputed operation or rule violation may result in temporary restriction of the account, feature or virtual privilege while the situation is reviewed.

8. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers

The project may use third-party services for hosting, server infrastructure, CDN, anti-DDoS, captcha, email, support, Discord, Telegram, optional statistics after user consent, payments and other technical features.

When choosing payment, the user may be redirected to an external payment page of a payment provider. Payment is performed by the payment provider, and CubixWorld receives only limited order and operation status information needed for issuing a virtual privilege, support, anti-fraud, refunds and dispute resolution.

CubixWorld does not store full bank card numbers, CVV/CVC, banking passwords, full payment credentials or other complete financial details of the user.

If the user opens an external service or connects an external feature, that service may apply its own terms, support rules and privacy notices.

9. Intellectual Property and User Content

The CubixWorld name, website materials, interfaces, texts, graphics, configurations, original materials, databases, service structure and other project elements belong to CubixWorld or the respective rights holders.

The user retains rights to their user content, but grants CubixWorld a non-exclusive permission to store, display, technically process, moderate, back up and use that content to the extent needed for project operation, forum, game services, security, support and display of features selected by the user.

The user must not publish content that infringes third-party rights, contains personal data of other persons, harmful materials or materials prohibited by project rules. The administration may remove, hide or anonymize such content.

10. Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft

Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft are names and/or trademarks of their respective rights holders. References are used only to describe compatibility and the theme of the project.

CubixWorld is not an official Minecraft, Mojang or Microsoft service, is not approved by them and is not associated with them. The user must have lawful access to the game where this is required to use the relevant features.

11. Personal Data, Cookies and Data Requests

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Requests page. CubixWorld may process account data, technical data, cookies, game events, forum activity, support requests, payment identifiers, moderation and security data.

Essential cookies are used for website operation, authorization, security, saved settings, referral features and storing the user choice. Optional website statistics are used only after user consent.

12. Service Availability and Feature Changes

CubixWorld aims to maintain project operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent availability or compatibility with every device and version.

Maintenance, updates, failures, attacks, mod changes, balancing, wipes, data transfers, delivery delays, access restrictions, external service errors or other events may affect availability and gameplay.

Project features may be changed, limited or discontinued for technical, gameplay, organizational, protective reasons or to meet applicable requirements.

13. Liability

The user is responsible for their actions, published content, compliance with project rules, account access security and consequences of violating these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, CubixWorld is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party actions, user device issues, internet connection issues, external services, payment providers, client incompatibility, attacks, force majeure events or rule violations by other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer rights or other applicable requirements.

14. Changes to the Terms

CubixWorld may update these Terms, project rules, feature descriptions, prices, technical requirements and related documents when the project, services, providers, security or applicable requirements change.

The current version is published on this page with the last updated date. If changes are material, the project may notify users in a reasonable way where such communication is available.

Continued use of the website, account, forum, launcher, game servers or related features after the updated version is published means that the user has read the current version of the Terms.
