1. Main rules

1.1

By registering on our project, you automatically and unconditionally confirm that you have read and fully agree to the following set of rules as they are and undertake not to violate them. Ignorance of the rules does not release you from liability. For the safety of the players and the project, you agree to the processing of personal data and personal messages on the forum, website, and in-game during registration. Don't forget, we don't get jokes - if you violate the rules, you will be penalized accordingly, so think about what you are doing and what you are writing.

1.2

The project is a free and non-commercial structure that provides gaming services without any guarantees of correct operation. You agree that any game resources you have lost, money donated to your account, goods purchased through donations in the online game store, etc. are not refundable under any circumstances. All transfers to the account are voluntary donations for the development of the project, and paid services are provided as an expression of gratitude for material support.

1.3

Payment for services and depositing funds to the account is available only on the official website of the project.

1.4

Remember, you are solely responsible for the safety of your account (use unique, complicated passwords, activate two-factor authentication, do not share your account information with third parties, etc.), as well as for any actions taken using this account. Hacking, stealing,

is not an excuse. If possible, the administration restores items stolen in case of a break-in.

1.5

You agree that the project administration does not bear any obligations to you and accept that the game on the project is provided
as is
and reject any claims to their decisions and actions. You agree that other team members also do not have any additional obligations to you, except for the general and official obligations specified in this set of rules.

1.6

When an account is blocked, all game items, territory, etc. will not be returned or transferred to third parties. Also, game items may be withdrawn or deleted: - if there is no evidence of their receipt; - if they were obtained dishonestly (when buying at a low price, during a giveaway, etc.) or by mistake; - in case of harm to other players (hacking, grifting).

1.7

Communication rules apply to all types of information transfer on servers. This includes voice (in this case, you will be banned), local, global, and personal chats, signs, prefixes, dashboards, warps, etc.

1.8

Reported violations are submitted no later than 72 hours to the forum. Also, Top Management is entitled to deny your request if you cannot provide clear evidence of a particular violation. The In-Game Administrator has no obligation to respond to a complaint directly in the game. By using the forum and properly formulating your question or complaint, you help to ensure its prompt consideration and resolution.

1.9

Each server has its own in-game rules. If you violate them, you will be penalized, so read them carefully. Each server is unique in its own way, and therefore, some rules are created on the forum in the server section.

1.10

Remember, the Project Administration bears no responsibility for the players you have added to your private list. In case of cheating, theft, murder, etc., you will most likely not get your items back, but you will be penalized for cheating. If applicable.

1.11

It is forbidden to register nicknames that:
- consist of meaningless numbers. Example: 175697699834;
- violate the standards of morality and decency;
- are associated with advertising (advertising of a server, groups, mentioning online games, projects);
- refer to drugs, or contain offensive, obscene or sexual (pornographic) content;
- similar to the nicknames of the Project Team;
- contain tech words (Helper, Moderator, Admin, Server, Tester, OP, etc.).

Penalty: Permanent ban

1.12

Skins, cloaks, and avatars are not allowed:
- containing offensive or obscene content;
- containing pornographic content;
- relating to Nazism. Explanation: ban on skins such as Adam, Eve, Hitler, Stalin, naked man/woman, etc;
- containing the symbols of military battalions/organizations.

Penalty: Verbal warning for change/recurrence - ban from 1 to 10 days

1.13

Any commercial activity (buying, exchanging, selling, providing any services for real money, etc.) is prohibited on the servers.

Penalty: Permanent ban

1.14

Advertising and mentioning of third-party projects in any form is prohibited.

Penalty: Mute up to 2 hours / ban up to 4 months.

1.15

The use of third-party software is prohibited: clickers, hacking software, bugs, cracks, dupes or other non-standard means to gain an advantage over other players. It is also prohibited to disseminate any information about their existence.

Penalty: Ban from 1 hour / Permanent ban

1.16

Hacking, attempting to hack another player's account, disclosing personal data of other players (place of residence, IP address, personal photos, videos, contacts, social networks, etc.) is prohibited.

Penalty: Ban from 3 days/Permanent ban

1.17

The server manager reserves the right to ban you without any proof (until the circumstances are investigated).

2. Communication in the chat

2.1

It is prohibited to: - Use any form of obscene language (including obscured/distorted language) or foul language;
- insult or mock (trolling) players or their relatives;
- cause conflict situations by inciting a third party to violate the rules;
- threaten to commit violence in real life;
- send explicit or sexual (pornographic) messages;
- incite ethnic hatred (racism, nationalism, etc.);
- promote suicide, extremism, and terrorist organizations;
- talk about drugs;
- call for the use of alcohol, tobacco, and drug products;
- discuss political actions and situations;
- promote any religion.

Penalty: Mute up to 40 minutes / ban up to 7 days (depending on the severity of the violation)

2.2

No inappropriate criticism/insult/defamation/coercion/provocation/off-topic messages/trolling towards the Project Team or the Project (server) itself is allowed.

Penalty: Mute from 5 minutes/Ban from 30 minutes/Permanent ban (depending on the severity of the violation)

2.3

It is forbidden to send messages containing trading information in the global chat (not including questions about the price of an item) and to use the trading chat for other purposes. To make an exchange, purchase or sale, you should use «$» instead of «!» before the message, or go to the special chat tab «Trading».

Penalty: Mute for 3 minutes

2.4

Any kind of begging is prohibited (give resources, borrow, change the time of day/weather, build a house for you, reduce the time of the punishment, etc.).

Penalty: Mute from 3 minutes to 15 minutes / in case of recurrence - mute 1 hour

2.5

Not allowed: - send the same type of message more than 2 times in 3 minutes; - advertise warp/items on the market more than 2 times in 10 minutes, as well as cooperate with players to send several messages of the same type in the same period of time; - send meaningless messages that lack any sense of logic; - chat flooding; - spamming with teleportation requests or emoticons, stickers; - use caps over 50% (except for abbreviations); - use transliteration.

Penalty: Mute up to 2 hours/ban up to a day

2.6

It is forbidden to misinform players and the project team, spread rumors about deliberately false changes to servers and vapes.

Penalty: Mute up to 2 hours / ban up to 3 days (depending on the severity of the violation)

3. Gameplay

3.1

A player who has picked up your items during PVP battles or found them in the world is not obliged to return them to you.

3.2

It is forbidden to spoil the appearance of the map (the main world), as well as: - it is forbidden to leave poles (if they are not used for marking) and put blocks in random order; - it is forbidden to dig deep pits (except for the mining world, hell) that can kill a player when falling into them; - it is forbidden to build symbols of Nazi Germany or other symbols (flags of countries are directly related to the symbols) that may lead to political disputes; - it is forbidden to spill liquids senselessly; - it is forbidden to build offensive/pornographic buildings.

Penalty: Removal of the building + ban from 1 hour to 5 days / In case of repeated violations - removal of the private area + ban from 7 days to permanent ban (depending on the severity of the violation)

3.3

It is forbidden to take any actions aimed at destabilizing the economy of the server: - transfer of gaming items (things, cubes) for rent; - giveaways (selling an item for a price that does not correspond to its value, throwing away resources, breaking a house, chests; deleting a private, etc.) This rule does not apply to people playing in the same region. Any circumvention (creating an intermediate region, transferring through another world, etc.) will be also penalized.

Penalty: Ban up to 7 days / Permanent ban (depending on the severity of the violation)

3.4

It is forbidden to create teleportation points (house/warp/relocator, etc.) in the following cases: - if the location is a trap for other players; - if the location is located on someone else's private property/shop (without the permission of the owner of the private property/shop).

Penalty: Ban up to 5 days

3.5

It is forbidden to create traps for players of any kind (blocking portals, etc.), kill with a lava bucket, lighter or other means that can injure/kill. Explanation: invite to warp (to the house) installed in the air, set fire to, poison, drown and otherwise try to cause harm.

Penalty: Ban up to 7 days / In case of recurrence, a ban for 14 days (depending on the severity of the violation)

3.6

It is forbidden to play on the server from more than 5 accounts at the same time and have more than 5 accounts on the server, as well as bypass any ban (hardware, IP), change the name of computer components.

Penalty: Permanent ban, blocking can be given to all accounts by the decision of the administration. For bypassing the ban (changing your account after blocking), your resources can be seized + re-imposition of the punishment on a new account. (At the discretion of the administration)

3.7

It is forbidden to destabilize the servers in any way, cause crashes, create lag zones; build mechanisms that cause excessive load; and go beyond the limits set by the server. The server administration reserves the right to remove any threat without warning.

Penalty: Verbal warning + demolition / in case of recurrence - regenaration chunk/private + ban for 7 days

3.8

It is forbidden to stay in the territory and interfere with the game process if the owner or participant of the territory is against it (in case the /rgw kick command does not help). This rule does not apply to the official checking your region.

Penalty: Ban from 1 hour / up to 7 days

3.9

It is forbidden to place a private close to another's without the consent of the owner of the private, keep a distance of 30 blocks from another's private. It is forbidden to place a private under and above the region at all.

Penalty: Verbal warning / in case of recurrence - ban up to 7 days + demolition of the private

3.10

It is forbidden Griefing in any form, as well as to search for possible ways to do it, regardless of the search results.

Penalty: Ban up to 14 days / in case of recurrence - ban up to 28 days

4. Teleportation locations

4.1

It is forbidden to create any pvp arenas.

Penalty: Verbal warning + demolition / ban from 1 hour

4.2

Creating a public rocking chair means that the entrance to it must be paid for.

Penalty: Verbal warning + demolition / ban from 1 hour

5. Project team rules

5.1

The Helper-Administrator is not allowed to violate all project rules.

5.2

The Administrator is obliged to respond to requests for help from players, monitor the chat, and not let offenders through. Unless they are currently helping another player. A member of the staff may decline teleportation if you do not provide a reason, be sure to specify it.

5.3

The Helper-Administrator undertakes to follow the instructions of the Senior Administration in a timely manner, as well as to assist in the organization of events and vapes, if possible.

5.4

The Junior Helper-Administrator is allowed to trade/live/participate in pvp battles/shop with or without players, but Senior Administration has the right to prohibit the above.

5.5

The Helper-Administrator has no right to abuse his/her rights (to give the maximum penalty if the violation is not serious) / interfere / teleport / kick the player without reason.

5.6

The Helper-Moderator should be online at least 3 hours a day. The Senior Moderator and Junior Administrator should be online for at least two hours (in case of low online time, they should inform the Manager of the reason for inactivit).

5.7

The Helper-Administratoris prohibited from moderating on servers to which he/she is not affiliated, as well as on other game projects.

5.8

The Helper-Junior Administrator is not allowed to be on the server in AFK (if he/she needs to leave, he/she must leave the server).

5.9

The Helper-Administrator is obliged to independently monitor the security of his/her account. If the account of a member of the project administration has been accessed by unauthorized persons, it will be terminated without consideration..

5.10

The Helper Administrator is prohibited from disclosing to unauthorized persons the content of staff conferences, personal communications between staff and the Administration, negotiations with the Administration.

5.11

The Helper-Administrator may be removed from office if he/she has been absent for an unreasonable reason for 3 days or more.

5.12

The Helper-Administrator is obliged to have evidence of the violation and keep it for 21 days.

5.13

The Helper-Administrator is obliged to provide evidence of a violation only to the Senior Administration.

5.14

The Junior Administrator and Administrator is obliged to help the Manager and monitor the server team.

6. Privilege donation

6.1.1

BModer is entitled to ignore violations of other players.

6.1.2

When issuing a penalty (kick, mute, ban), the BModer is obliged to indicate the rule or reason for which the player received the penalty. The BModer is obliged to keep evidence of violations (for which a penalty was issued) for at least 31 days and, if necessary (at the request of the Administrator), is obliged to provide it in the relevant forum thread or at the request of the Manager/Curator within 3 days.

Penalty: In case of refusal to provide evidence of violation of the rules, BModer receives a ban of up to 14 days. If banned for no reason (incorrect reason), the BModer receives a ban of up to 21 days. In case of intentional and repeated violation of the rule - ban on iron (at the discretion of the administration)

6.1.3

BModer is not allowed to abuse donation opportunities and commands. BModers are not allowed to use their status for personal gain.

Penalty: Ban from 3 to 23 days. In case of recurrence - permanent ban

6.1.4

BModer is not allowed to change penalties imposed on other users. To change/remove a penalty, you must contact the Senior Moderator or Administrator.

Penalty: Ban from 7 to 14 days. In case of recurrence - permanent ban
