YUNGs Better Portals - a mod for Minecraft that reimagines the standard system of hell portals. Now, instead of simply creating a rectangle of obsidian and igniting it, the portals to the Nether are presented as Dimensional Fractures, which can be found deep underground. To enter the Nether, you'll have to find one of these fractures, but be careful, because it will be a one-way trip! To return from the Nether, you’ll need to find a Monolith. These are new, semi-rare structures that are easily visible from afar thanks to the beams they emit into the sky. The block at the center of each Monolith that emits this beam is called the Returner, and it is the key to returning to the Overworld.
