Rubber cane - is one of the crops in the Industrial Craft 2 mod, which can be used to obtain rubber and use it for crafting various circuits and mechanisms.

How to obtain rubber cane

To breed rubber cane, you need to prepare thoroughly. To breed rubber cane, you will need: poles (preferably a lot), regular sugar cane (2 will be enough to start, but it's better to stock up on more), any hoe, an agricultural analyzer from IC2, and a harvest collector (for automation).

Let's start creating our farm

First, create an 11x11 area of tilled soil with water sources. Here's how it should look:

Next, place the poles in a checkerboard pattern, as shown in the next screenshot. Be careful, the poles will almost immediately start to get overgrown with weeds. To avoid this, use an automatic gardener with weed control.

Then, plant regular sugar cane on each pole.

Now, wait for the cane to grow a little and place 2 poles between all the crops.

New plants will eventually start appearing on the double poles, but that's not all. The chance of breeding rubber cane is not 100%, so you should check all new crops with the crop analyzer.
