The guide is written specifically for CubixWorld. On the TechnoMagic S1 server

First, let's clarify a small question: what is the difference between a Pure breed and a Low breed
Pure breed - is the princess that will not disappear after many cycles of life.
Low breeda - has a chance to die as it may simply disappear, drones will appear, but not the princess. However, this does not mean that Low breed is useless; it can be used just like the Pure breed.

Having understood the breeds, let's move on. Bees, like trees, have their own characteristics; you can view complete information about a bee/tree/butterfly using the Analyzer.
1. Bee Analyzer
2. Tree Analyzer
3. Butterfly Analyzer
I can’t help but add the analyzer from the Genetics mod, which combines the three analyzers, uses energy and dye for analysis. The interface is quite simple.

Next, the choice of bee is up to you. I will only explain the principle by which you should choose a bee.
Of course, you also need to choose the bee based on the biome you are in. For example, the Modest princess is from the Desert biome, the Swamp princess is from the Swamp biome, and so on.

Pollination Speed Gene - determines how quickly a new leaf mutation will appear, that is, a new sapling of a tree.
Territory Gene - is responsible for the pollination area, so the larger the territory, the further the bee will see foreign trees that can affect crossing.
(From my experience, I can say that trying to breed the Speed Gene is very quick; the highest does not play a significant role, same as for territory, as you will lose more time on it)

Now that we have understood the tools we need, let's proceed to breeding new species of trees.
The vanilla sapling differs by mods, and I recommend starting to work with the Sapling from Forestry for Minecraft

A visual example on the leaves which we essentially need.
Making a forester sapling is quite easy; in this case, we will need the Tree Analyzer, as only it can convert a vanilla sapling into a modded sapling. In other cases when already breeding trees, you can use the Analyzer from the Genetics mod.

Both trees and bees and butterflies account for many factors when breeding new species; some trees are finicky as they require specific biomes.
You found the bees, made the sapling, and now we will start the actual breeding.
For this, we will need apiaries
1. Forestry Apiary
2. Magic Apiary from the Magic Bees mod
3. Multipapery from the CubixForestryAddition mod
I will tell you a bit more about each, and the choice of which to use is up to you.
Forestry Apiary - has 3 slots for frames, suitable for breeding but connects easily to pipes as it can loop the bee so you don’t have to place it manually all the time.
Magic Apiary - also has 3 slots for frames, but has a boost from the Vis Apiary Booster (Increases production speed, mutation chance, and death speed due to the supply of vis), also connects to pipes and is generally suitable for us.
Multipapery - has quite a lot of slots for Queens, each slot with a queen has 4 slots for Modifiers; there are many various modifiers, also connects to pipes, but requires energy to operate. So, the first two options are more suitable.
Arrange the apiaries as you wish; the main thing is that the bees are satisfied and they work.
You can also arrange the saplings as you see fit; I can only recommend clearing the nearby territories of foreign trees so that they do not interfere with breeding new species.
-
You can grow trees with bone meal, growth hoes, etc.; I think there will be no problems with this :)
The trees have grown, and the bees have worked for some time, depending on their Gene as we have already understood.
Strange foliage has begun to appear on the trees, it is slightly transparent as shown in the example.

Next, we take the Garden Knife.
