Mana farms from Botania can be made in various ways; I will show you a mana farm using hydrangeas. This is one of the most efficient and low-maintenance farms.

Mana Farm Using Hydrangeas

To create this farm, you will need: 16 growth seeds, several buckets of water, 16 hydrangeas, and a mana spreader.

Let's start building the farm. First, create a square area of 5x5 from dirt and use a growth seed on it.

Next, place 6 any blocks inside for the convenience of pouring water and distributing it evenly.

After that, you need to plant the hydrangeas all around the circle. Our farm is ready, but we need to somehow extract mana. For this, place a mana spreader above the water in the center and connect it to each flower and the mana pool.

That's it, your farm is ready! Now you will always receive mana without monitoring the farm.
