In this article, I will tell you how to fully automate the cutters from the Applied Energistics 2 mod.
Let's start with why automation of cutters is needed.
Everyone who has played with the Applied Energistics 2 mod surely knows how long it takes to create processors manually, and probably everyone would like to do it automatically. In this article, I will show you my method of automating the cutters.
Let's move on to building the automatic crafting system for processor blanks
First, we place 4 cutters, as shown in the screenshot:

Next, we place one ME interface on each of them and connect them to our ME system, just like in the screenshot:

After that, we need to connect import buses, one to each interface. Connect the buses from the back and connect them with ME cables.

Our construction is ready. Now we need to place one press of each type in each cutter.
Next, you need to make crafting patterns for the blanks in the pattern terminal; I will show how they should look in the screenshots below.

After this, place the patterns in the interfaces corresponding to the cutters.
Next, we need to create an autocraft for the finished processors. For this, separately from the 4 cutters, we place another one. It is preferable to place it 1-2 blocks above the ground for convenience.

After you have installed the cutter, you need to connect 2 export buses (to the left and below) and an interface above it. Connect everything with cables to the ME system. Next, you need to configure the export buses. The bottom bus is responsible for the silicon blanks, the left one for redstone dust.

All that’s left for us to do is create crafting patterns for the finished processors in the pattern terminal as follows:

We place the finished patterns in the interface above the cutter.
That's it, the cutter automation is ready! I hope this article was helpful to you and that you learned how to create processors automatically.
