BEGINNING

To start, let's figure out what we will need for all this:

1) The presence of an ME system. In fact, without it, auto-crafting cannot exist.

2) The presence of a fully studied tab Thaumic Energistics. (In the Thaumonomicon, it is simply called Energy

3) The building blocks themselves. This point varies depending on your server's capabilities or restrictions.

tConsidering your capabilities, there are three options for construction:

tt1) Use regular alchemical furnaces

tt2) Use improved alchemical furnaces

tt3) Use advanced alchemical furnaces

tIn any case, if allowed by server restrictions, you will need at least 8 units to create auto-crafting for each essence. (except for the advanced one, a smaller number of units will be sufficient, but the structure will be the same)

tAdditionally, to build the minimal auto-crafting, we will need: 8 pipes from Thermal Expansion (preferably impulse), 8 servomechanisms (better resonate), 8 chests (preferably iron or higher by choice), 8 ME interfaces, essence storage cells (at least 5 units, any will do, but better 16k and 64k), 64 dense ME cables and 64 regular ME cables, 8 iron hatches (from Thaumcraft), 8 essence import buses, distillation model encoder, essence terminal. For the second construction option, you will also need (or instead of something): aura node, stabilization node (any), transformer node, vis channels, 64 improved alchemical constructions, 32 regular alchemical constructions, 32 distillation cubes.

Construction

1) Now that we have all the necessary resources, we can start building. First, we need to connect to the ME system, in the ME storage of which there are 5 cells for essence; it’s best to use a wireless connector, but you can also use the old method directly. Next to it, we place the Distillation Model Encoder (it is needed to create templates for essence auto-crafting), and we connect the essence terminal to the system. (everything in the screenshot is done using a wireless connector).

2) We place alchemical furnaces (and distillation cubes if the first construction option, or iron hatches if the second option), as shown in the 3 screenshots below (the second screenshot also shows the optimal location of the aura node for improved furnaces).

3) We install pipes, chests, and ME interfaces and set up servomechanisms as shown in the screenshot below.

4) Connect everything as shown in the screenshot (using the example of an improved alchemical furnace).

Auto-crafting

Finally, we move on to encoding templates. We will need the most ordinary templates from Applied Energistics. Then we place them in the distillation model encoder along with the item that we want to burn for essence. Everything is presented in the screenshots.
