Data we process

• Account data: email, login, nickname, account ID, password hash, registration date, account settings, security settings, access recovery data, access tokens, technical authorization tokens, password change data, email linking or change data.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, operating system, language, technical logs, visit time, website actions and error data.
• Cookies and cookie settings: selected consent options, essential authorization, security, referral and interface preference cookies, plus optional statistics cookies after user consent.
• Game data: nickname, game identifiers, server, game statistics, game events, virtual purchases, privileges, bonuses, avatar, skin, cloak, thumbnails and related user visual materials, warnings, blocks, bans, reports and moderation data.
• Forum data and user content: posts, topics, replies, comments, reports, reactions, public profile and forum activity.
• Support messages: requests, replies, attachments and technical data needed to resolve the request.
• Payment identifiers and payment statuses: order number, transaction ID, status, date, amount, currency, purchase type and issued virtual privilege or bonus. Full payment details are not stored by us and may be processed by payment services.
• Discord ID, Telegram ID or technical tokens when the user connects these features or receives bonuses through these services.

• Security, anti-spam, anti-fraud and protection from automated requests.
• Moderation of violations, bans, reports and disputed situations.
• User support and replies to requests.
• Processing payment statuses, orders, refunds and related operations.
• Issuing bonuses, privileges, gifts and other game features.
• Optional website and interface statistics only after the user agrees to optional statistics cookies.

Cookies and optional website statistics

We use essential cookies for authorization, security, selected settings, referral functions and storing your cookie decision. They are required for the website to work correctly.

Optional statistics cookies and optional website statistics tools load only after the user agrees to them in the cookie banner or cookie manager. Before that consent, those tools should not load.

In the current configuration, optional statistics may use Google Analytics through Google tag (googletagmanager.com). Google Analytics may receive page visit data, technical interface events, approximate location, device and browser data, traffic source and statistics cookies/identifiers. These data are used to analyze website operation and are not used to sell personal data.

Other advertising pixels or marketing tracking scripts of third-party ad networks are not used in the current website configuration.

The project may use third-party services:

• Hosting and CDN providers - website hosting, faster delivery and infrastructure protection.
• Captcha services - protection of forms from automated requests.
• Payment services - processing payments, orders, refunds, payment statuses and related operations.
• Email provider - sending technical and service messages.
• Discord - authorization, bonuses, notifications or community features when the user connects them.
• Telegram - two-factor protection, notifications, support or bonus features when the user connects them.
• Google Analytics through Google tag (googletagmanager.com) - optional visit, technical event, error and performance statistics only after the user agrees to optional statistics cookies.

Data sharing

We do not sell user personal data. Data may be shared only when needed for a selected service, project protection, applicable requirements, payment processing or responding to a user request.

Storage and security

We store data for as long as needed to operate the account, enforce project rules, protect against abuse, process payment statuses, resolve disputes and meet applicable requirements. Technical and organizational security measures are used to protect data from unauthorized or accidental access and other unauthorized actions.

User rights

You may request access to account data, correction of incorrect information, account deletion, disabling optional cookies, withdrawal of consent to optional statistics cookies, unlinking Discord, Telegram or other external features, or clarification of processing. Send requests to ceo@cubixworld.net from the email linked to your account so we can verify ownership. Requests relating to other users data, internal technical systems, anti-fraud mechanisms, payment infrastructure, service logs or third-party information are not disclosed.
